• Previous experience in the airline industry a plus

• Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts

• Previous experience with IT Transformations a plus Additional Qualifications:

• Five plus years change communications experience in corporate environment

• Expertise in communications vehicles and channels

• Expertise in communication feedback, measurement tools and metrics reporting

• Strong digital skills, writing and storytelling expertise to engage people in transformation journey

• Communications operations management desired



Under supervision, the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist will focus on the people side of change and provide day-to-day support of the entire suite of OCM activities including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training. This individual will work with the OCM Leads to ensure the effective transition of all project stakeholders from a state of awareness to buy-in/adoption. For an OCM Specialist with a Communications Focus:

Primary responsibilities include:

• Managing internal communications programs and campaigns focused on transformation

• Managing OCM communications intake and editorial control guidelines

• Liaison between Transformation and BAU Communications workflows

• Maintaining transformation impact messaging repository

• Analyzing date problems requiring moderate business analysis

• Developing communications materials

• Creating and monitoring heat maps related to OCM activities and/or projects

• Conducting and/or providing support for “as-is” and “to-be” analysis

• Developing methods for measuring success for OCM work threads and other project related work

• In collaboration with the OCM Lead, participating in requirements gathering sessions

 • Developing and maintaining OCM related reports

• Managing the internal document repository for the OCM team, ensuring all finalized documents are stored in the appropriate location
