Seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound/ outbound phone calls, inbound/ outbound e-mails, and work in shipping/ logistics as needed. The representative will provide patient assistance with device issues, clinic assistance with notifications and communicating over the phone with patients, physicians, doctors’ offices, and internal employees.
- Must know how to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Successful completion of background check and drug screen
- Shift: M-F 12p-8p
- Positive vibe, high energy, “can do” attitude
- Interact over phone and e-mail with clients, patients, and employees
- Handle questions about service and monitor use
- Document actions
- Shift work required
