DMAPS TAA

Datum Software Inc (Government Solutions) is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide technical oversight to the USAF Program Management Office (PMO) for the Depot Maintenance Accounting and Production System (DMAPS) with focus on Time and Attendance (TAA) component of DMAPS.

DMAPS supports the production, material, and financial processes related to depot maintenance by capturing actual and planned direct labor and direct material. DMAPS TAA records direct labor and time and attendance to support payroll actions. TAA also tracks components through the maintenance/production process using barcode technology to record starts, delays, and stops on operational tasks. 

Candidate must have a high-level of expertise of the technologies listed below and be capable of providing expert guidance of technical solutions/recommendations for current and future implementations/system releases of DMAPS TAA.   

• Microsoft Windows Server
• Oracle Database, PL/SQL
• Java
• Apache 2.4.6, Apache Tomcat 7.0.76, Apache Struts 2.3.35
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.7
• HP-UX 11.31
• Risk Management Framework related to control implementation

Additionally, you will provide functional support for DMAPS TAA. This support may include reviewing related AF Manuals, resolving payroll issues, updating training material, and other tasks as required.

Familiarity with the following is a plus:

• Functional knowledge of DMAPS TAA
• Agile methodologies
• Checkmarx (code security tool)
• SonarQube (code quality tool)
• Control-M 8.0
• MicroFocus Cobol Server 5.1

Candidate Must Have:

• Excellent verbal, written, and briefing communication skills
• Current minimum National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI)
• Minimum four years of experience with DMAPS or comparable programs.

Work Location:  On or near Tinker AFB Oklahoma City, OK; or at Robins AFB, Warner Robins GA.

Note:  Teleworking is currently required due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  Candidate must be within commuting distance of Tinker AFB or Warner Robins AFB for future transition to an on-site workstation following the end of the pandemic.  

Travel. Some travel within CONUS may be required but minimal. Travel may be to USAF facilities Maxwell-Gunter AFB, AL; Tinker AFB, OK; Warner Robins, AFB, GA; Hill AFB, UT, and Wright-Patterson, AFB, OH.
