Business Systems Analyst
This position has two key responsibilities
1) the analysis, consolidation, understanding, and presentation of all types of operations statistical data, information, trends and patterns which will be used as department standards. Analysis will be used by management for operations strategic planning/forecast needs. Incumbent is responsible for researching, analyzing and evaluating data from a variety of sources; auditing the performance of internal systems and processes within the department and making recommendations to management based on their findings.
2) Responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions by performing requirements analysis & management, act as a facilitator between the Business and Technology in defining complete technical requirements, In depth experience working in an agile development environment and writing user stories.
The Process Infrastructure Team has a variety of global responsibilities such as supporting internal systems, core processes that facilitate Go To Market, creating and reporting business metrics and partnering with the business to implement new tools

a. 5+ Yrs Business Analysis experience
b. BS/BA degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience required
d. Business Analysis and Design (BRD), Systems Development Lifecycle Methodology Implementation
e. Functional Requirements (documents & software specifications)
f. Business Process Maps/Flows – As-IS and TO-BE
g. UAT, Wireframes
h. Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
i. Proficient using PowerBI, JIRA, Confluence
Someone that has worked on a team that has implemented internal systems/tools for a large organization along with data migration
Someone that has done extensive trending analysis off PowerBi (or any analytic reporting tool) and built presentations for process improvement recommendations
