Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications and microservices. Provides technical support to project team members. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 7+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. May report to an executive or a manager.
Work will involve maintenance and development support for an existing Windows 2019, IIS 7, .NET applications which include web apps, webservices, rest services, windows services and new microservices. C#, ASP.Net, JQuery, Bootstrap, XSLT and XML are required skills. SQLServer, and SQL experience is preferred. Experience with Jenkins, Git, Helm, ArgoCD, JFrog, Terraform, StructureMap, GitHub Actions and NUnit are a bonus.
We build and maintain .Net applications which could be web apps (and tools), webservices, rest services, windows services and in the near future microservices. We are currently migrating all of our applications to Azure so we will also be focusing on cloud technologies.
• The position is split 70/30; 70% is new feature work, 30% is maintenance
