BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST – MP&E - Wright-Patterson AFB – Dayton, OH

 

Datum Software, Inc. Government Solutions (GS) has an immediate opening for a Business Systems Analyst to provide user/system support in the U.S. Air Force Depot Maintenance Planning & Execution (MP&E) suite of systems. The successful candidate will be a member of a team that collectively serves as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to provide a wide range of services to the MP&E Program Management Office (PMO) in such areas as:

 

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with current MP&E SME team, PMO personnel, and sustainment contractor to determine various MP&E solutions. 
  • Provide MP&E functional/technical information as required to a wide variety of personnel such as MP&E end-users, interfacing partners, MP&E PMO, MP&E functional community, DISA, and sustainment contractors. This support may mimic a Help Desk level II effort although this is not a Help Desk position.
  • Assess planning documents and policy statements of potential impacts to the MP&E system.
  • Support audits and requests for information.

 

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Working knowledge of the USAF Maintenance Planning & Execution (MP&E) system; or equivalent functional knowledge of maintenance program planning/management.
  • Knowledge of USAF AFLCMC BES/BPD processes and procedures.
  • Five years of functional and/or technical experience with MP&E or comparable programs.
  • Efficient skills in MS Office Suite and SharePoint.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and briefing communication skills.
  • A minimum of a completed National Agency Check Investigation (NACI) or the ability to pass a NACI investigation that will be conducted by the US Government once an offer has been made.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience supporting a USAF Program Management Office (PMO) at WPAFB.
  • Working knowledge of USAF Information System Management Tool (ISMT).
  • Basic knowledge of agile methodologies.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

 

Work is currently being performed via teleworking, so the successful candidate must have sufficient in-home internet capability. While there are plans currently being put in place to eventually relocate back on-site, and it is highly preferable for the successful candidate to be local to the Fairborn/Dayton, OH area, there may be the possibility of permanent remote work for this role (pending government approval).
