Qualifications:

• 6 + years of experience required

• 4 years experience ABAP

• Experience in SAP R/3 and data medium exchange (DME) converter for XML

• Expertise in Dialog programming using menu painter and screen painter

• Experience in development of enhancements using User Exit & BADI

• Experience as ABAP/4 developer with strong development, implementation, enhancement, operational, and upgrade knowledge of ECC 6.0 & 4.6C SAP environments. SAP Interface (ALE, EDI & IDoc) Experience

• Proficiency of knowledge in FI module

• Experience in transferring data from legacy to SAP system using various data transfer techniques (LSMW and BDC)

• Proficient in Classical Reports, Interactive Reports and ALV Reports using ABAP Objects

• Extensive experience performance tuning and job scheduling

• Have extensive experience in analyzing runtime errors and debugging ABAP programs

Responsibilities:

• Work in ABAP/4, TRAX, QUANTUM, BDC, LSMW, ALV, Interactive Reports, RFC, BAPI, BADI, ALE, EDI, IDOC, Workflow

• Analysis and creation of data conversion programs for Legacy data

• Create various Data Dictionary Objects like Views, Domains, Data Elements, and search help

• Configure Port definition, Partner profiles, Logical systems, Message control and RFC destination

• Configure EDI settings for both Inbound and Outbound documents

• Extended standard Idoc’s, message types with extra segments supplementing the requirement of the document to be transferred

• Develop ALE interfaces for Master Data Distribution

• Work with business documents and message types

• Trouble shooting and performance analysis of ALE/EDI process
