IT Integrations Business Analyst

Location:  Alpharetta, GA or Dayton, OH

Duration: 6-9 months

We are actively recruiting for an IT Integrations Business Analyst to join our team.  You will be responsible for several integrations within the scope of Global Workday implementation. Duties include:

  • Reviewing business requirements 
  • Reviewing and approving design documents produced by the implementation partner 
  •  Providing functional support to developers during build phase 
  •  Developing unit, system, E2E and regression test scenarios 
  •  Leading testing /issue resolution efforts by working with various project resources, external vendors and internal integrations partners 
  •  Providing coordination support and subject matter expertise for Deployment planning and execution 
  • Acting as technical owner for assigned integrations during Hypercare phase (coordination, verification, monitoring, issue resolutions) 
  •  Transitioning support for assigned integrations to Production Support Team (BAU) 

Skills Required: 

  • 5+ years IT Business Analyst experience 
  • 3+ year of practicing advanced BA skills supporting various Integrations and Interfaces (Requirements Gathering, Functional Design, Data Analysis, Data Mappings, Testing, Deployment and /or Hypercare) 
  • Advanced critical thinking and impact analysis skills 
  • Strong ability to interact with technical, functional and business teams 
  • Previous experience working with external integrations vendors or internal integrations partners 
  • Previous experience in creating test scenarios/cases, running point to point Integrations (SFTP), triaging issues and driving issue resolutions across multiple teams 
  • Functional and business process knowledge with one of the following applications: Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo, Oracle HCM or Success Factors (SAP) 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Intermediate Excel skills (complex formulas, pivots and graphs) 
     

Preferred Skills: 

  • Functional and/or technical experience working with Payroll and/or Benefits vendor(s) (ex: ADP. MetLife, Cigna, Fidelity, First Advantage...) 
  • Previous experience with Global Deployments 
  • Workday functional skills with one or more of the following: HCM, Benefits, Time tracking Absence and /or Talent Workday technical skills with one or more if the following: EIB, Studio, Connectors, Workday Reporting Peoplesoft Query, SQR, Basic SQL skills
